The new manual includes a core exercise program for the abdominals and back muscles.

The new manual also includes shoulder and elbow exercises on the new sports pulley plus alternate exercises with the free weights. 

Pitching Rotation Schedules for the exercises are also presented in chart format as demonstrated in the original manual depending on whether the pitcher is a starter or reliever.
